Daniel is a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. He supports organisations across a broad range of HR and organisational change challenges, including within the health sector, and brings experience from working with organisations across the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Daniel will share with the group his personal experience of the ‘human element’ of being involved in developing organisational and people strategies, designing new models of care, delivering improved operational performance, and implementing digital solutions across the health sector. Dan will also share some insights from the work that Deloitte has recently been involved in with Global Woman, around how inclusive workplaces feel for New Zealanders.
