Secure messaging provider Celo has launched globally and celebrated this with a Global Launch event at their headquarters in Auckland last Wednesday.  

CEO Steve Vlok, told guests that Celo has started the journey to becoming global with Celo now available in Australia. "We have plans to launch in other market throughout the year and have a significant number of opportunities. By connecting healthcare professionals with each other in a safe manner, Celo has already seen some fantastic outcomes to patients by ensuring the right care or advice can be given in real-time." 

Chief Digital Officer of Canterbury District Health Board, Stella Ward delivered a presentation on the Canterbury Health System's partnership with Celo, and shared the positive impact working with Celo has had on the organisation as well as patient outcomes and clinical engagement. “Healthcare is ripe for the digital transformation that needs to happen and New Zealand companies like Celo are ready to tackle these problems for the world,”.
Celo also announced recent signings of both Auckland DHB and Hawke's Bay DHB for pilots as well as private hospital provider Mercy Ascot.
