Women in HealthTech is a collaborative group representing the HealthTech sector in NZ between New Zealand HealthIT (NZHIT), the Medical Technology Association of New Zealand (MTANZ) and the Consortium for Medical Device Technologies (CMDT).
We have come together to empower women with a diverse range of thinking at all levels of our industry and assist with effecting cultural change with organisational opportunities. These organisations are created from a broad sector which represents over 200 New Zealand companies from developing local start-ups and researching medical technology companies, to privately owned New Zealand suppliers and global multinationals.
The group’s key strategies will be realised through targeted promotions, educational and networking events, development of programmes such as mentoring, linking activities and working in partnership and alliancing with other organisations in health, women’s affairs and business innovation.
