Focusing on the customer journey David will share how legacy systems can be ‘de-coupled’ to the benefit of customer – and organisation.
Flying in from Australia, Andrew Winlaw, VP Sales for IP Soft APAC, will share global insights especially focusing on the value of unified communications and systems integration. In particular IP Soft have their own platform that leverages Digital labour and the automation of IT and business processes.
